We first met Glenda French of Mortgage Link in January 2007 after being recommended by a friend. This was to arrange finance for our first investment property. Glenda exceeded our expectations, was very professional and made everything just sail through.

In July 2007 we purchased 55 acres in Middlemarch, which was financed by us going directly to a bank recommended to us for rural properties. However after numerous disappointments and supposed “misunderstandings” we called on Glenda, who arranged to refinance with another bank, saving us a lot of money in interest and also a lot of heartache as Glenda tidied everything up for us and took the stress completely away.

In September 2008 we required finance to get a tourist venture on the property underway. This involved starting up “Trails End” providing luxury studio accommodation to cater for the ever popular Otago Central Rail Trail. Again Glenda was there for us going beyond the call of duty, calling on her expertise to give us a number of options we would not have thought of to ensure our dream could be realised.
